Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Processing time is separate from transit time and may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days
Expedited shipping: typically 2–5 business days, where available
International shipping: typically 10–15 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, destination restrictions, and customs processing can affect delivery times. Shipping availability, shipping methods, rates, and final delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking and split shipments

When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Where an order contains multiple items, parcels may arrive separately.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges assessed by the destination country unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
